Our clay community is supportive no matter what level of skill you possess. We are all lifelong learners and we all bring something to the table.

Our studio is spotless. It matters not how talented you are with clay. What matters is that you maintain our cleanliness standards for the safety of our community. It also matters how you relate with/to others. Kindness, Maturity, and Responsibility are required.

We keep it small on purpose. We will grow slowly because we like our space.

Details:

• You DO need a basic skill set to begin.

• Renters enter through the class system first to ensure you understand the ceramic process and how our studio operates. Exceptions may be made depending on circumstances.

• FURNISHED STUDIO RENTALS $200 per mo

• Materials and Firing are NOT included. You purchase clay individually at Portland Pottery. We fire to Cone 5. We use BMIX 5 and Laguna #60 both stoneware.

• Available times: MON- WED- FRI- 7am-10pm // SAT *7-3PM // SUN 7am-10pm.

• Rentals include shelf, shared wheels, slab roller, plaster and table space. We have two 10 cu ft. electric kilns. You will get a KEY and be completely responsible for safety, security, and cleanliness.

• Kiln loading, maintenance and firing instruction will be required. Will train.
